Somehow it is the contrast between Belarus's giant bow and her face that gets me. It's not exactly an angry face, it's like bored with the potential for a sudden outburst of anger - a lot of emotion for a stick-person face. (Of course her dialogue helps.)

I think it really is the contrast that does it--such a cute accessory on such a dour person, hah.
