Not in-story, no. The director apparently made a comment after the fact, stating that the reason she isn't heir is because she loves Allen, and so refuses all offers of marriage. (And since Asturia apparently won't let a woman rule in her own right, her refusal to marry effectively means she's forfeited her claim to the throne.) Which is an explanation I...take some issue with. Namely, I find it a little ridiculous that ALL THREE Aston gals would fall for the same guy, but, well, that's a rant for another day, haha.
