I'm a little confused, though: I'm not sure what you mean by the Final Fantasy 7 canon not being particularly accessible (assuming I understood you correctly). Unless you're referring to the fact that there are, like, five million extra sequels and prequels and whatnot--which is totally understandable, and I can't even keep up with them. XD Either way, I'm glad you can still enjoy the story, regardless.
